I don't think they should be killed quite so quickly, as the game is still quite near the start. Perhaps a mass PM warning to them, with a deadline of a few days away, would be best?

Then if any are human special roles, distribute them to random villagers since they've done nothing with their roles yet.

Surely the players who are yet to post must be villagers, otherwise PsychicSykes wouldn't be so eager to have them killed, as they may be active elsewhere if they have special roles?

If it's just inactive villagers then i'd rather leave it for the vampires to get them. Reducing our numbers is just meaning less people for the vampires to kill until they've won, and they can start getting active players sooner.

Wait, no. Why would we want to voluntarily dwindle our numbers like that so early in the game? Give them a warning.
