My fear is no one will be allowed to hold Dan and his supporters to account for this inevitable strawberry float up come Tuesday. When it's found we were both villagers certain people (Dan included) will insist you follow the Mocky lead instead and when that dies a death it'll be some other lead that needs following up rather than looking into the people who supported these lynchings and the inevitable Mocky's flock lynchings.

Think about it Mocky's done this many times before, he's not stupid enough to put his head on the block like that if he is a vampire.

The late voting swing seems to have sealed the fate of both of today's nominees, as more and more people think that the swing itself was due to the chance of one of these two being a vampire. Obviously I would hope that's the case as I put them both forward! There may be many more outcomes to consider between now and tomorrow's mayoral elections so we'll have to see how it all plays out, but even if you're a villager PCCD - putting you two forward has certainly caused a lot more activity in the thread and opened up plenty more potential leads.

Eh? You've lost me. If you and Luke aree both villagers surely that clears Mocky - if he was a vampire he wouldn't spearhead any opposition to a lynching that would guarantee a villager kill.

How do you know Luke is a villager?

It was a good idea I thought, it was just unfortunate that you posted so close to the deadline. I'd probably be backing Dan.'s plan if I was in a different position, at the moment i'm praying that PCCD and Luke are both villagers for my own survival though. :shifty:

Early on - with very little to go on - any behaviour that stands out comes under greater scrutiny.

As for Mocky - yes he's an experienced player which could mean that he wouldnt have been foolhardy (if vampiric) but would also mean he is skilled enough to take a little risk (if he has) and trust that he can talk his way out of it. With no other promising avenues - the two lynchees, Mocky and his supporters - merit further investigation at the very least.

There's next to no evidence to suggest Luke is a vampire beyond he's an inactive yet no one's questioned that. The evidence against me consists of "he doesn't know how re-tweets work" and "he suggested there was something in those tweets". The sole time someone asked why that's considered vampire behaviour that person was accused of being a vampire as well. Why is it certain people have it as a stick on I'm a vampire despite the flimsiness of the evidence?

If I was a vampire why would I draw attention to those tweets?

Why did I stick to them for so long?

Surely a more experienced vampire would've told me to belt up long ago?

If I'm a vampire why would a vampire Mocky (not accusing him) risk his own neck to keep a liability like me alive?

What's going to happen is you're going to burn two lynches today on innocents and then any person's attempts to return to this will be met with that person being accused and slandered.

I dont really think Mockys behavior is suspicious, maybe his quick followers though? but most probably not.

Some more questions/observations;

1) If we do go down he randoms for lynch, i would suggest that we do a randomization of the bottom 50% post counts
2) in the event that a special role is in that lynch, should that role come forward and we then enact a witch doctor/mayor strategy?
3) Should we do the witch doctor/mayor strategy anyway? - As long as a vigi keeps it in his pants, surely that could work this time?

I've already explained my initial reasoning behind Luke. He was never a strong lead and I picked him as a second to go with you. However, since it became apparent that I might win with the two of you as my nominations, the big swing towards the random vote came about, which incriminates him far more than any early evidence.

The evidence against you was that you kept stating we should look to lynch people mentioned by the Twitter feed, thus playing completely into the account user's hands, and apparently not understanding why this was a bad idea, despite numerous people explaining it numerous times.

So people want to kill me, PCCD, Mocky, and all the people who voted for him? That could take weeks, weeks worth of wasted lynchings; it's exactly the sort of red herring that the Vampires want us to waste our time on, instead of trying to weed them out.

He read the twitter and was willing to stand for Mayor, throw two members under the bus, simply for being mentioned in the last post on there.
