I'm glad Red got culled.

I thought she was acting suspiciously inactive because she might have been a key player. Turns out she was just inactive because she couldn't be arsed.

So, we've lost our last hunter now. At least a few of the in-actives got god-killed. Makes it easier, than us wasting lynches on them.

Today I'd like to run for mayor, on a platform of putting Banjo, Oh Teh Noes and Songwriter up for nomination.

My reasons are as follows:

Banjo: Banjo's post style throughout the game has been, essentially, random - almost giving the impression of someone who doesn't care if he wins or dies. He's been the 'joker', the player who's just come out with nonsense, accusing various players at random, and at one point running for mayor on the platform of putting himself up for nomination, twice.
If you think about it, were you a vampire team, you'd all want to adopt different roles and styles so as not to be seen as guilty by association should one of your number get caught out. Compare the four dead vampires styles of posting to Banjo = five different styles.
In any other thread, Banjo's behavior would make him stand out, but in this thread - with people searching for leads and picking up on every little thing people say - it has the opposite effect. Could this be its intention? For someone who has posted so sporadically, and contributed so little, Banjo is still in the game, and very little attention has been given to him.
With the other four vampires dead, you might expect the remaining vamps to try and have a little more influence on the game - but if Banjo is that last vamp, a shift in posting style would be the most suspicious thing to do. I think he is just planning on continuing in his role as 'silly Banjo', hoping people ignore him in favour of more active posters and clearer leads, all the while keeping him safe.

Oh Teh Noes: this poster varies between saying he doesn't care if he gets lynched, to running for mayor. He ran for mayor with two villagers as nominees on the very first day, and explained this away by stating that he "always run[sic] for mayor on the first day and I've always been a villager." If he is a vamp this'd be a very clever move - it's consistent enough with his past behaviour as to not prove suspicious, and the fact he ran on the first day would suggest he's not a vamp (again, using past behaviour as a guide) - yet he got away with nominating two villagers, hoping for a quick first kill, and deflecting attention away from himself.
Let's also not forget that The Alchemist Penguin has stated he would be happy to see Oaty lynched - so much so that he was willing not to contest the mayoral vote, providing the result was that he ended up getting lynched. Bear in mind that TAP and Mocky have been saying less and less recently, which of course makes sense now that the game is in the stage it is in: every seered villager is a possible count, so their potential circle of trust is in decline, while their findings may be safest if not shared (especially if they can count on protection). Remember that we got no announcement, like we did for Parksey/Mori/Luke, about Zenigame's vampish nature - and yet Mocky still got him lynched. Perhaps they're playing a quieter game? Perhaps the reason for TAP's comment, and nomination for lynching OTN, was that he has valid reason to suspect him to be the count, or knows him to be the last remaining vampire?

Songwriter: As I've mentioned before, Songwriter was caught out viewing his PMs on the very first night. He then posted 17 minutes later saying he'd "just" found out he was still in the game. Songwriter hasn't voted for a mayor - ever. He's barely posted. Yet he's still in the game. He's survived the inactive culls, meaning he has enough time to check the thread regularly for rule changes and stay in the game, yet his excuse for not posting much is his IRL life, saying he's away from the forum a lot. To me this is a tad suspicious.

@StayDead - I'm assuming your quote box is a vote for Mockmaster. He hasn't said if he's running for mayor today but if he decides he wants to do so then I'll talk to him, as if he's planning on running a similar ballot I don't want to split the vote. Anyway, we have until 2pm to elect today's mayor. Quote box away, gentlemen.

I disagree with putting Banjo in. I believe he is a villager.

I'd prefer to see Wiggles go in as (as mentioned by Delubiseta) he's the last surviving guy who voted for me on the day I ran against Luke going into jail. (er... other than me of course). He was also one of 4 guys who voted against TAP running for mayor yesterday (along with Luwinski, Frank and Somebody Else's Problem), which could be down to a number of factors but adds to the case.

Also, I can see him being in a Vamp team with Mori, Zenigame and Parksey. But then I could say the same about Oh Teh Noes.

If no-one who has already voted for me objects, I will amend my ballot to Banjo, Oh Teh Noes and Wiggles.

Dan- I’ve answered why. Im 29, I work 9-5 and I am a husband and a father. Sorry but I’ve got other things to do than wolfie. I come on about 10-11 on work nights and on and off weekends.

All Mayorships decisions are during the afternoon - check my GRCade history - how often am I on during the afternoon?

Ask others - I always do this with wolfie games. I’m not an active player but I enjoy the ride.

I’ll say AGAIN - I would look at some of the big players... Riding in the shadow the good guys...

@Songwriter - you're out of the running for today.

Finding it rather odd your orchestrating what will happen - now and in the future.

8-)

Srsly tho - this wasnae an attempt to 'orchestrate' any future goings-on. I appreciate your explanation for your inactivity, but surely you must appreciate that I believe you would say the same thing if you were a vampire. I accept that your vamp candidacy is not the strongest, however, which is why I opted to withdraw you from my nominations ahead of Banjo.

You have my vote if you're willing to change Banjo to someone else, such as Ropes (how ironic to hang someone called Ropes) or Luwinski - In contrast to other former inactives, Luwinski keeps posting to stay in the game, despite not contributing in any other way, which intrigues me.

I wish Tapatalk actually showed quotes in quotes, completely missed MCN's vote :fp:

Did anyone actually manage to figure out what Banjo's role actually is? He said that his avatar was some kind of clue, but I'm not good with vampire movies. If he's a special role, there's every chance he's actually the Witchdoctor-type guy, so lynching him might not be the best move, but then he might just be a vampire trying to fool us.
