I've just checked, and they didn't.
So, if Tiarny's first seering would have been the night satriales was mayor, his second would have been the night Mockmaster was mayor. But he had two seerings before Mocky ever even ran.

His second would have been the night Dan. was mayor. This is Day Four.
It does mean that he trusted Mockmaster enough with this information without ever seering him though. Incredibly risky thing for anyone to do.

Mocky was seered with his first seering, Mori with his second and Parksey with his third, Parksey was killed minutes after his seering came back.

Considering there's nobody else to vote for, it's kind of understandable.
also since TAP seems to be so sure he's a seer and we have no way of proving otherwise, anyone who goes against him will look evil.
