So, I guess my question is, what does the extra £190 buy you? And what is it you do that makes you so financially secure as to be able to drop that on a product that I believe can be bought for twelve times less than what you paid for it? I'm not being sarcy here, tw- I'm genuinely curious! Because for me, £200 is several day's wages, and that's a lot ot be dropping on a very basic and usually very affordable necessitity.

I guess it's the quality of the leather used to make it.

it needs to be some special leather to be 205 quid !!

If you get really quality leather it's going to last you a couple of decades at least.

hmmm I guess, I get bored of stuff quick... about a year is my limit so cheap ones are good for me :D

Surly your just paying for the brand name. Although I just found the same wallet for £30 on google shopping.

Has anyone said 3DS yet? Surely someone must have? I spent £230 and Nintendo try to make it up to me with games I played 15 years ago...cheers Nintendo you money making banana splits, I'd rather the extra £70 I spent back.

I paid £70 more than you and I still don't regret buying a 3DS for that price. I've had some great fun with it already and the games coming out are better and better.

I've just done a quick check of my accounts and this year alone I've spent around £10k on frivilous things.

my 2 big purchases were my Japan trip (around £4k) and the Pc around £1k, both of which I don't regret, sure now I'd prefer the money, but the memories from the trip will live forever. And it was all brought with money I'd earned this year and I still have savings in the bank.

Where does that actually get you? Mine would only be about a grand for an annual one...

As I think Sputnik said, I find it really hard to spend a lot of money, and so then plan everything rigorously, so there's nothing that I truly regret, I don't think. I can't think of anything which is probably a good sign.

Sure there have been other non-physical things that I've done, like going out with friends when I really should be saving that money. That happened a lot in Japan. :x But those nights were always the best. :x

Ultimately, if I end up persuading myself to buy it, then it's probably worth the purchase.
