This is part of the plan to get a British Football team in the 2012 Olympics. If we wipe Wales and Scotland from the Map then it's problem solved.

Quite sure that's right, the Welsh border starts before the 'E' in England on that map.
Strange that they don't list Wales or Scotland there, though.

No, the border would overlap the 'l' part of the 'E'. Which is the point, they have completely overlooked Wales. And you can see the border to Scotland.
The person who made the map overlooked Wales completely. So it isn't right.
