D: GTFO, 0rz.

Will probably look back on this tomorrow and laugh, got very immersed in it today due to the amount of detail Something Awful put into it.

This

All videos bar 14 were fantasic at building tension, I was literally shitting myself, scared to sleep now :shifty: But 14 took the pace away, its very blair witch, which worked because you never saw what was really happening in the same way this has been effective as you've never seen the figure up close and the blood was just so fake. But I'm still hyped to see the next entries. Terrified though,

I would have loved it in entry fourteen if after the thirty-two minutes it had cut to him getting bummed doggy style .

I'm reminding myself to come back and watch this when my computer isn't being a right banana split.

#14 could be improved so much with a minor video edit on the blood and some major sound distortion.

Been reading through the SA thread, and it seems (at the point I'm at, anyway) they're starting to portray him as a paranormal paedophile.

Hmm. Doesn't work as well I think, they're only doing it because it's creepy when kids say their sister was 'hugging the tall man'.

In all honesty I think it falls apart at #14, it just doesn't fit in at all.

On my way to work this morning, in the car, on my own, in the dark, I was shi**ing myself bigtime looking for the slender man in the fields and trees I have to drive past.

All this talk of him being a peado, we need CAL in here defending his honour. There is no evidence slender man is a peado and it is disgusting to tarnish his name with those claims.

Wait, this Slender Man has been around for 4 years and nobody on GRcade has reported him until now! :(

I think it is a cracking concept though. Whoever thought it up is a genius. I'm sure a movie about the slender man will get made someday.

I am starting to think that Marble Hornets could be a viral advertising campaign though. Very good one if it is.

It's not. It's an ARG, which shares certain similarities to a viral - the fundamental difference is that it doesn't actually advertise anything.
