DO WANT, please tell me you can modify them, They are pretty freaking sweet.

You can modify them all excluding the Chopper.

Phew, that's a relief. Understandable with the chopper though, it seems pretty much one piece. Do the other vehicles have all the unlocks from the start, or do you have to earn them as per the others?
In terms of Parts editing I believe you can change the wheels on the Monster Truck & Big Rig, and on the buggy you can swap out the wheels/frontspoiler/rearwings, all of which are unlocked. And Livery creation is dependent on what you've unlocked (rank).

Can you change the colours? That Big Rig would like mighty purdy in the bright red of Team D.

Ah, so not quite as much as the core vehicles, but at least having open options for liveries is something, any chance of more vehicles like the core ones, with multiple parts for each....part? I appreciate that making a vehicle with as much customisation as the core ones is quite an effort, but anything on the horizon like them?

Not that interested in new vehicles at the moment, would rather have some tracks with a few narrower twisty bits so the bikes can get some love. They've gone from being my go to vehicle in Pacific Rift to not getting a look in now and I think that is mostly down to the tracks. I'd try them but its pretty suicidal, even going for something like a Rally Car leaves you very vulnerable.

Evo have said they will be retuning the Dirt Bikes, Superbikes, and Supercars in a forthcomng update. There is also going to be a new track set around a prison which will be free to download.

Hmm I'm not sure if I agree with tracks being better in Pacific Rift (the only thing I like about PR is better singleplayer progress / limitations of what cars to pick in MP games) as I always got lost easily and not sure where to go/use in PR thus I was never be able to finish races.

Motorstorm Apocalypse on other hand however, I much prefer them. Sure, I still get whacked so often by my stupid mistakes, but I somehow knew where to go, what to avoid, and over the time I was be able to find most of shortcuts. Maybe it's down to practice so often though? I missed the chance of getting in regular online sessions for Motorstorm 2 and never had chance to shine (but that's my fault I guess) but 3 has seen me memorized tracks very well and have chance of finishing these.

Meh I dunno. It seems most of you guys much prefer Motorstorm 2, but I'm odd ball and ended up liking Apocalypse better (for MP purposes).

I agree that track design is a lot tighter in MSA, its a lot harder to get lost, but a lot of it is down to practise/repetition. I don't tend to go the wrong way much anymore, mostly crash due to big rig clowns or clipping stuff as I pass. Normally online with perks I have the one that means I take more damage before wrecking, which helps a lot, but without them I have to be a lot more careful.

Which is why I switched out the "longer in critical boost" perk, I kept exploding on mondays because I was used to a longer boost time :fp:

Yeah I switched out overheating for while perk too, for Mondays as I've done same thing. I much prefer perks that give me quick recovery (Inc. Accelration or Quick Recovery so I can get back to top speed after crashing by having high acc or cut down respawn time), defensive or aggressive (Armor / Stronger Rams perk) and cools down boost much quicker (Cooldown perk).

The problem is they're still in effect when disabled. Is that just bug...?

I can't tell whether they're still enabled or whether it's just the icons that are still enabled. Either way, it's a bit confusing.

They are def. enabled, because I had Acc. perk on and was able to have head start boost. For Mondays I'm going to stick with Lv.1 perks to keep it fair for other low-level rank GRcade players.

"The glue holding the world together doesn't give in to quakes and storms online, though, so the tracks don't change. It's a jarring move toward the tame."

 :fp: Did the reviewer even play the game online?
