Don't watch films that clearly wont have then. You don't like popcorn flicks, Alvin? What a shame - there's real pleasure in just sitting back and enjoying the spectacle. Although there's a lot more to Iron Man than that.

I didn't even think it was that great as a super hero film. I mean, I didn't think it was bad, but I wouldn't put it up there with the first two X-Men films, the first two Spider-Man films or Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. However, reading some American reviews of the second movie, they talked as if everyone considered the first Iron Man to be the best super hero movie ever :s

Now, both Batman Begins and The Dark Knight gooseberry fools on pretty much every superhero movie ever made. They're only ones I've really enjoyed.

*waits for someone to split hairs about Batman's superhero/vigilante status*

Just saw this cool samurai wallpaper which I think is from some new film, but I'm not sure? Does anyone have any idea?

That image isn't working but I'm going to guess it's this one from Sucker Punch.

Don't get your hopes up, the movie's supposed to be appalling.

Love the image though.

I want to see Sucker Punch. That may or may not have something to do with a scantily dressed Emily Browning.

I'm not too sure about Thor, even with Hopkins being in it, it's not floating my boat, and I enjoy superhero movies (though not Ang Lee's Hulk....) but Captain America on the other hand....

Oh and The Dark Knight & Batman Begins > all other superhero movies.

Pretty much all superheroes are vigilantes unless they happen to be working for the government at the time.

Apparently the script for 'Sucker Punch' is pretty bad but the visuals/action is really good. I'll probably wait for the uncut version Snyder was talking about to hit Blu-Ray before seeing it.

Movies That Should Have Just Been Trailers

http://uk.movies.ign.com/articles/115/1158051p1.html

Pretty spot on for the ones I have seen. X-Men 3 and the two matrix looks sequels looks so amazing :(

Forgot how good the Terminator Salvation trailer was as well, the music really made that trailer. I didn't think the movie was all that bad either, far better than T3. Bale's speech still gives me goosebumps

I don't know about a Batman reboot. I'd like a live action TV show though. Imagine Smallville but good and with a budget.

Good news about Hawkeye.
