i've had 3 orders through Shopto, the latest (Naval Assault on 360) was pre-ordered on the 6th June for release on the 9th (ish), as of today.. they have sent 3 copies with tracking numbers and none have arrived.

no, shopto's problem lies with Royal Mail as they use them and i shall continue to request another until it arrives.

i'm wondering why they told me to use UKMail for all future orders while not offering to send this game via UKMail.
then i looked at my original pre-order for the game @ £19 and the price they will want if i ask for a refund and buy it again £26.
