I'm tempted to refer to the ice carnival stage as Rink Rink 2, because the whole downhill (presumably) start at night with northern lights and a lit-up background reminds me of Rink Rink:

It looks suspiciously like the sonic fan remix from a while back...

Only in terms of the grass, Sirus, and even then the resemblance is fleeting.

New Episode II Trailer: Link, he come to town, come to save the princess Zelda...

It's hard to say anything about the episode's physics because it was all going so fast. They showed a really nice bunch of gameplay clips though; the level design is looking really nice, and there seems to be plenty of interactivity with the levels themselves. Also, the trailer music was good, I hope the game's music is like that.

It looks sooooo good. The acts they used looks so pretty, and more interesting than Sonic 4 Ep1's ones  Happy with Tails in it too

I'd say haters gonna hate but being deaf means I don't have to listen to Tails' rubbish voice 8-)

Sonic 4 episode 1 is two quid on steam. I thought it might be worth a shot so I bought it.

It does look a lot better than EP.1 though I suppose we'll not know for sure until the reviews hit/we get our hands on the demo. Keeping my hopes up that it'll be good (as usual).

Doesn't look like they've fixed any of the problems at all.

When you stand on a slope, and don't press anything, Sonic moves down.

Physics etc.

How hard is it to figure this out Sega?

A decent replacement could be a Sonic & Tails combo move a la the Rolling 69, involving Tails batting Sonic at a target with a swing of his tails. It wouldn't be used as often and would make Tails seem more useful.

Same. I don't think it hinders Sonic games to be honest.
