Is Ingram purposefully misinterpreting the rules? The Hitmen don't choose a location to attack, they choose which one of them is attacking. That hitman then has until 6pm to choose where to go and can decide based on how the day goes. Can't tell if he's trying to sow some confusion but I'm surprised nobody seems to be correcting him.

It is a misinterpretation. I'm pretty sure everyone else just sees no reason in correcting them, considering they all seem to be operating on the correct rule.

Why Swanage?

Like Elan Valley before it, Swanage is close to places I've been looking at for weekend or week trips away, fitting the need to go for a larger location in this second outing, but not so large that from a story perspective it would feel impossible to play out.

And it has a beach, so I'm naturally drawn to where there's an ocean view.

The fear of posting in the wrong place / with wrong account means that I literally log off the forum with this account for the entirety of forum games! Well, at least until I'm elimintated. Which this time, wasn't long at all!

If I were still alive, I would be pushing for:

All active suspects (those who survived the kill locations and lynch votes) to be ring fenced at one location. They are prime suspects and sticking them in one location would mean that any hitmen in that group would make the odds of finding them easier by taking a kill. As a result, we'd probably confirm that there is a 3rd hitman tomorrow, assuming that there is (I suspect 3).

How I suspect things will turn out tomorrow is chaotic. Unless somebody takes charge on the locations, the hitmen will take advantage of the abilities earned to confuse and the focus on controlling locations will be lost. Wait for the phrase "I didn't want to let the hitmen pick up the perk"...

If there is a third hitman, they should send him to a location occupied by an innocent suspect left over from the day one kills and they'll control the narrative.

I'm excited to see how the special abilities unlocked tomorrow play out.

As time goes on I'm more and more suspecting of

Moorhead

Keeping the cards a secret and saying they're all protection is all well and good but if you get a card that's actually useful like a seering, if you keep it all secret what's to say he and Crest are both not Hitmen and only not saying anything because they don't want to give any useful information to the thread.

Again it appears another game on GRCade will end with the uninformed majority staying uninformed throughout the entire game until it's too late.

Interesting game. Would have liked to play but a bit too busy at the moment to fully commit.

They have a 50/50 chance of catching a Hitman with Edwards and Faba being the only survivors from the Day 1 kill.

If I was the killer I'd want to stick with the other guy and murder someone else in the group to keep it unclear which of the two it could be. So if I'm the other person who is not the killer then I'd be picking my next location at random to avoid being followed.

The innocent of the two (if they are not both hitmen) is also kind of immune from being killed, as their death would reveal a confirmed hitman.

Rula are you sure Jezo wasn't a hitman because I was 100%

I had a bad game but I maintain I played the facts in front of me well. We got unlucky with Jezo being busy on the first day and hitting that 25% chance that he got put in the group with the killer. It was too much of a coincidence to overlook.

Feel like I might have it right this time with my Caruso theory. I realise it looks "suspicious" for me to finger him then get killed, but that makes it not suspicious, right?
