Ive now finished the story. 92% with 49.4hrs. I think ive got most stuff. Im starting master on new game + and i will try out the other stances. I got used to the blaster stance - some of the perks really suit it. So i might try the duel wield os the cross guard this time with dual blade as a back up.
Overall good story. Jedha was a low for me but mainly becasue i was still trying to get used to the combat. Once you suss the parrying and the timing you do feel like a bad ass jedi. It will be interesting to see how the next game gets framed -Kata as a last of us / witcher / mandalorean style ward with emerging force powers that you have to prevent going dark. Given that this is cannon the end result must be tragedy. Also i saw the Bode being a baddy pretty much from the start.. 9/10

To a certain extent i was taking my time trying to get all the skills, perks, items etc in preparation for a new game + attempt. Which i will probably not do
Last night I got to the part that is supposed to unlock the bounties menu after meeting Caij, but it still shows as Undiscovered. Any of you encounter that? It sounds like a fairly common bug, but there's no solution. I don't really want to carry on playing unless/until they fix it, in case it means restarting.
Ended up buying it on PS5 and I've already had quite a few crashes.
Other than the jank, the game is decent though. Combat feels a bit stiff in the same way it did in FO but the different styles make it a lot more fun. I do wish you could change between any style at any time though.
I am worried the story is going to end up a bit weak. I'm loving exploring the world and fighting clankers has been a treat but the main villain isn't doing much for me and it feels more removed from the canon than FO. The pacing of the story has been really odd as well. FO was quite focused and moved along quickly but the larger hub-like environments in this one mean the story kind of plods along.
Finished the story and felt that it had outstayed its welcome by the end. Decent enough but Fallen Order was better and felt like it was actually taking place within the Star Wars universe. This felt much more like fan fiction to me.
And the frame rate in the final area was appalling. So bad it gave me an actual headache.
I still believe that if these games weren't using the Star Wars license, nobody (including myself) would give them a second look.
