Heheh, I kind of have already. I haven't played GT5 since I got NFS:HP, and Enslaved is going to be put away until Christmas, assuming Zavvi ever deliver it. And GT5 was originally going to be a Christmas game, only I got too impatient, but you're right, so it's going away in the Christmas cupboard for a fortnight too.

Serious question Hugo.

Have you ever considered renting games (swapgame/lovefilm deal).

Potentially you could save a lot if money over the course of the year.

Or do you like to "collect" games?

I like to have a choice of lots of different games to play, I never know what I'm going to feel like playing.

I do have a Lovefilm sub with games. At the moment I've got Blood Stone and MoH, the problem is that I end up keeping them for ages.

Each to their own, I guess I'm the opposite and prefer a small collection of games I can focus on and survive on 1 rental subscription, a few purchases on release and stocking up at Xmas with sub £20 bargains to last me a while.

It also depends on your disposable income. I would probably buy a few more games if I didn't have to pay the mortgage etc.

Embrassing to say, but how do I calculate % for spent? I want to do that once this year is up, for full reference.

Percentage of what? Do you mean the percentage of your original budget you went over by?

You find the amount (in money) you've gone over budget by then you divide it by your budget. You then multiply by 100.
