As I plan on getting a new place and also concentrate more on writing next year, you can add me to this list with a budget of £800.

United: Nah, I went over this year and when I don't regret it, it does make me change on my gaming spending habits so it's matter of reason, i.e. spending less to spend more time with family/friends, or catch up with uni work, or need to save up money etcetc.

Added everyone :-)

Is it wrong that I'm buying loads now so that it doesn't affect my budget for next year? :shifty:

I think I'll go for a budget of £400 next year. Slightly more than this year, but I do have an extra console to buy for. I should stay within this budget though as I don't plan to buy any new consoles. All game related purchases will be included.

That's what I'm thinking of doing. Considering getting loads o' games and then locking them away, to be released over the next year when the desire to buy gets strong.

I did a similar thing today (unintentionally) by buying a new 12 month Live membership as mine runs out in a few days and a 120gb HDD. :fp:
