Yeah, the way things were going for Kildare I'd have wanted to play the week after the quarter final if they were my county! For what it is worth I've loved watching Kildare this year as they have ploughed their phenomenal energy and fitness into a really positive approach rather than being ultra-defensive a la the Dubs. Mind you we (Antrim) should have beat yous down there when it was 15-15. We really took our eyes off the ball and thought we were going to walk it when you lot came up to Belfast and gave us a proper good whalloping!
Cheering on Down is the closest we'll get to an All-Ireland this year anyway!
Edit@Bear: Well, every Irish man in south Birmingham was opining today that Kildare will walk it. Also Paddy Power has Kildare at 4/5 and Down at 11/8 so most punters clearly fancy Kildare. I mean odds on against this Down side is mental. The latter at 11/8 is great value I reckon.
