Depends what you mean by physics. The stuff thats generally changed is in the graphical detail of a scene, it (in the main) doesn't effect how the game actually plays, it'll just look better.

Excellent. That's what I wanted to know.

So, essentially, multi-platform games are generally the same save for some additional visual effects that may or may not have physics based properties. Would that be right?

In terms of physics sure.

But in the Battlefield example you mention, in MP the game supports more players on PC and the maps will be bigger (I think).

YES THEY WILL, SIGNIFICANTLY

Just wanted to back Buffs up on this one. No need to bring that into it. Plenty of people here are and don't need to see that.

I would like to point out that as a carer of a severely physically disabled person, I saw the funny side of it. He wasn't using the physical disability as a genuine insult, it was more that they were missing parts of their brain (in turn claiming they were morons).

I know that but it's never nice and always best avoided.

I work with physically, mentally disabled people as well as people with autism. It's not funny really.

I understand that sort of insult should be avoided. However, I don't agree that it's worthy of someone leaving the forum over it.

Im not picking on HSH here but im getting a bit tired of people just say battlefield has a few more plays and bigger maps on the pc! its got more then double the amount of plays and the maps will be massive its pretty much a different version of the game and it will play a lot different to rush and 24 player conquest.

Sorry im really not having a go but i just dont want people to think it just the same game on the PC as it is on consoles
