Personality.

I'd have to agree with the whole facial symmetry thing as that's the thing people tend to focus on the most. Personally though to be attractive in my book you have to be skinny, no fat chicks, not even average, skinny. There are of course larger women who look good, as they have a good face but I never find them attractive. Also obviously it doesn't matter if your skinny if you have an ugly mug.
