No, other people have had their accounts disabled for up to a month too for the investigations. I've seen it on a few other forums and reported here and there. Example.

Sounds about right. The system will only show the last four digits of your credit card when viewed so it's useless anywhere other than XBL. However Ultimate Team packs and coins go for big money on Ebay and considering it's a reasonably modest investment to buy the packs it's nearly all profit when sold on.

Having to wait 30 days for them to sort this is bollocks. When we had our bank card details cloned and used they refunded me straight away as they can tell its fraud straight away. I can understand some delay as you wps have some people falsely claiming but that long is too much. They better refund you for loss of live as a sweetener.

Can someone point me in the direction of the number to call customer service as i seem to have suffered the same problem.

Apparently not, but Fifa 12 items are bought as they can be sold on for real world cash. Nobody really seems sure how people are getting the account passwords from what I've read.
