Aye, some great Photos Alpha. One thing though, you spend all that time looking for a Mister Donut (which looks awesome) and only buy one Donut? A pink one at that? Pfft, man up and get a tray load of donuts the next time.

Looking at your photos makes me want to be back in Japan again so bad. I might just bit the bullet and book something now after my masters finishes... in September. :x

Day 2 Part 2 - Dinner and Drinks in Shibuya

I had a long rest before I had to run off and meet Akiko in Omotesando, never been there before but it's a short walk from Shibuya, got the Ginza Line all the way there, fell asleep on the way but woke up just as I got there, awesome, was there at 8:59, due to meet at 9, just as I was leaving the station, a girl stopped me looking very supprised, "LUKE DESU KA?", yeah, it was her, never met her before but she seemed a lot more excited to meet me than my gf...

We had arranged to get a meal, she said she knew a nice Japanese place so we went there, it was a short walk but not arkward as I predicted, she was very fluent in english and we had a nice chat. Meal was great, really nice chicken and some other stuff, one of my favs was strange thin long mushrooms wrapped in bacon then fried.

After the meal we went to Shibuya, short walk and passed an AMAZING cake shop, I will be going back to buy a whole cake. When we got to Shibuya we decided to go for a drink, found a nice bar near the main crossing which was surpisingly cheap, £3 cocktails, awesome. Had a drink then had to go.

Was a nice evening, now i'm back here watchign Weeds, chatting to my best friend and planning what to do tomorrow until I have to meet my gf at 6.

I would love to go to Japan. But wouldn't like to be there on my own. Preferably would like to go with someone that knew enough of the language to get by.

Day 3 - Akihabara and the Green Demon

EDIT: Sorry video cuts out after 9.03, ending wasn't much after that so don't worry, didn't miss anything much.

Can't be bothered to type, sorry guys you'll have to put up with my very first video blog. I recorded one before but it was using my laptop's software, basically the whole video was out of sync so couldn't use it, tried again with camera but it was 300MB+ so would have taken years to upload. Settled with the Youtube record feature, hopefully it's ok.

More videos later.

Why's no-one mentioned the old dude thrusting his groin into the camera at the Metro station?!
